In addition to the resources here, you can also access this information at http://api.careerbuilder.com.

CareerBuilder API allows you to integrate our database of over 1.5 million jobs with your software or website. The API provides methods for basic job searching, retrieving data for a specific job, and applying to a job. These services are free to use and available to anyone.

CareerBuilder API is still under development and is subject to change at any time. Please contact us at any time if you have any questions, to report bugs, or to leave feedback. Our email address is: api@careerbuilder.com

To get started, you'll need to register as a developer with us and receive your unique developer key. Your developer key is a required parameter for all CareerBuilder web service requests. Developer Key registration page

  • Job Search - Search for jobs by keyword, location, category, employment type, or date posted.
  • Categories - Find out what category names and codes to use when searching for a job.
  • Job - Get detailed info about a particular job.
  • Application - Find out whats needed to apply to a particular job and submit applications.
